Learn more →MIC’s standard scope is millwright work — precision installation, alignment, rigging, relocation of individual machines or production lines, conveyor systems, robot cells, structural steel for equipment support, and equipment set-in — including welding and field fab and proof-of-fit certification. We coordinate with separate electrical and piping contractors on standard scope; commissioning is controlled by the OEM integrator (e.g., Daifuku) or the OEM’s own controls team. Turnkey project delivery is available — for customers who want a single source from contract through commissioning handoff, MIC primes the project and manages the electrical and piping subcontractors on your behalf, with a clean handoff to the integrator’s or OEM’s commissioning team.
Why general contractors and OEMs hire MIC
With over $28 million in projects delivered and active licenses in nine states, Multi-State Industrial Contractors brings crew experience that most general contractors don't keep in-house. Our work spans Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Stellantis, and Daifuku — names that don't tolerate schedule slips or alignment errors.
Whether your project is a single power & free loop or a full heavy rigging, we scope, price, and build it with the same discipline. Need a capability not on this list? Call us — if it's heavy industrial and inside our license footprint, we can probably handle it.
