Power & Free Conveyor Installation
Overhead power & free conveyor installations for Toyota, Honda, Stellantis, and other automotive OEMs — body-in-white, paint, and final assembly.
Request a QuotePower & free is the workhorse overhead conveyor for automotive paint shops and body assembly. The "power" chain drives, the "free" trolleys carry — meaning carriers can accumulate, stop, and route without stopping the whole line. MIC has installed power & free systems on active Toyota and Honda plants, working around running production with zero unscheduled downtime.
We install the drives, tensioners, free track, switches, lift-and-transfer stations, and the overhead steel that supports it all. Every section is aligned, welded, and load-tested before handoff. Because we've worked alongside Daifuku, Jervis B. Webb (now part of Daifuku), and the in-house engineering teams at multiple OEMs, we speak the language on both sides.
