100ft ASRS Rack Installation
Full installation of a 100-foot-tall Automated Storage & Retrieval System for a distribution facility.
Scope: ASRS installation, anchoring, plumb/square alignment, crane and shuttle.
At that height, alignment tolerances compound dramatically — 1/16" at the base is an inch and a half at the top — so every column was laser-aligned and every bolted connection torqued to spec before the next tier went up.
Layout verification, column erection with man-lifts and cranes, tier-by-tier bracing, aisle alignment for automated crane pathways, and a final plumb/square certification package handed to the integrator for shuttle and crane.
